StudioVault is a desktop application that enables photographers to compress RAW image files locally, upload lightweight proxies to the cloud, and allow clients to select their preferred images through a web-based gallery.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original images. By using StudioVault, you grant us a limited license to process and store proxy versions solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

StudioVault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of StudioVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
